The User understands that the information in the Training Program does not constitute legal advice or professional consulting services. Rather, the Training is a self-paced, on-demand educational tool.

The participation will automatically renew annually unless it is canceled by the User. Traliance reserves the right to cancel the participation if the Terms of Use are violated by the User.
User’s Responsibilities
If registration is for Premium Training, the User will participate in the Export Controls Experts Forum in a professional manner that is respectful of others.

Additional User’s Responsibilities During the Pilot
The User will actively use the Training Program for approximately 1 hour a week, on average, during the specified time period. All the materials, regardless of format, are copyrighted under Traliance, for sole access and use by the User, and cannot be distributed in any manner. The User’s log-in information will not be shared with other individuals. The User will participate in the Export Controls Experts Forum in a professional manner that is respectful of others.
At approximately week 7 after the start date, the User will complete a brief online survey to provide feedback. The User will also hold a 1-hour video call with Traliance to verbally share feedback. This video call will be recorded so Traliance can closely review the feedback to improve the Training Program before the full launch.
The User gives Traliance permission to use the written and verbal feedback to craft a testimonial for use on Traliance’s website and in other marketing collateral. Alternatively, the User can opt to provide a separate written testimonial to Traliance. In either case, Traliance will follow the User’s preferences on exactly what information can be included as a sign-off (e.g., first name/full name, title, organization, generic organizational reference, and/or headshot).
Traliance’s Responsibilities During the Pilot
As a thank you, upon completion, Traliance will email a coupon code to the User for a discount equal to the participation fee for the Pilot, so the investment in the Pilot can be applied to participation in the first year of the Training Program.
