Research Export Controls Training (REACT)

Effective September 7, 2023, the following terms apply to REACT: Research Export Controls Training (“Training Program” or “REACT”) (previously called Export Control Essentials Training Program) offered by Traliance LLC (“Traliance”), located at 60 Thoreau St., Suite 206, Concord, MA 01742. With this purchase, the registering participant (“User”) agrees to the following terms. It outlines the expectations for Users of any and all training courses and resources under the REACT subscription (collectively referred to as “Training”), as offered by Traliance.

The User (“User” or “Subscriber”) understands that the information in REACT does not constitute legal advice or professional consulting services. Rather, REACT is a self-paced, on-demand educational tool.

Subscription-Based Annual Participation

When registering for REACT, the User will be provided access to the Training for 12 months, starting from the date of registration and payment of the participation fee. The participation will automatically renew annually unless it is canceled by the User. Traliance reserves the right to cancel the participation if the Terms of Use are violated by the User.

Copyright of All Contents

Regardless of format, all the materials are copyrighted under Traliance, for sole access and use by the User, and cannot be reproduced or distributed in any manner. The User’s log-in information cannot be shared with other individuals.

User’s Responsibilities

Users agree to only share the Training with individuals who are active subscribers under their current organization’s Group’s license. This includes any manner of sharing, such as downloading, taking screenshots, or otherwise capturing any information contained in the training and emailing or uploading to another platform.

The only exception to this is the forms and templates where Users may incorporate the documents into their current organization’s operational compliance procedures. Users agree to always include the Traliance logo, name, copyright, and Terms of Use footer in the forms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Traliance does not offer refunds of the participation fee. The participation will automatically renew annually unless the subscription is canceled by the User in the Traliance portal.
